Breakfast at the Jacob Swartz House is always leisurely. You decide the time and we deliver it to your cottage. Enjoy breakfast on the terrace when the weather permits.
Each morning as the sun rises breakfast is prepared. Breakfast dishes will vary with the season. Fresh veggies all year round, strawberries in the spring, peaches in the summer, squash in the autumn and lots of homemade bread in the winter.
Breakfasts include coffee, juice or a smoothie, fruit or soup, and a main entree (sometimes sweet, sometimes savory). We use local sausage, thick cut bacon, Virginia ham and homemade chicken sausage patties (for those that don't eat pork).
Much thought goes into your place setting. Pieces have been handed down through generations or lovingly acquired.
We accommodate any dietary restrictions. Just let us know. Meat eaters to vegans, we have you covered.
